Key Responsibilities :Strategy and Roadmap :- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for dashboard experiences catering to brand, merchants, and internal operations.- Identify key user pain points and opportunities for improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and market research.Requirements Gathering :- Collaborate with stakeholders, including brand managers, merchants, and operations teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for dashboard features and functionalities.- Translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.Design and Development :- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing dashboard designs that meet user needs and align with brand guidelines.- Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality development of dashboard features, following best practices and industry standards.User Experience Optimization :- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and analyze data to iteratively improve dashboard usability, performance, and engagement.- Implement data-driven optimizations and A/B testing strategies to enhance user experience and drive user adoption.Cross-functional Collaboration :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment of dashboard features with overall product strategy and business objectives.?- Work closely with data analytics and business intelligence teams to integrate relevant data sources and metrics into dashboards for actionable insights.Documentation and Training :- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials to support users in effectively utilising dashboard features and functionalities.- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders on how to leverage dashboards for data-driven decision-making.Qualifications :- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on dashboard development and analytics tools.- Strong understanding of data visualisation principles, dashboard design best practices, and user experience optimization.- Proficiency in project management methodologies, Agile development processes, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.- Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry is preferred, with knowledge of brand management, merchant operations, and internal analytics workflows.
