Here, we work on exciting new feature product development for some of the world's biggest and best tech customers.We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior IT Application Engineer to join our team at Arista Networks. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent MBA graduates who are eager to kickstart their careers in the field of enterprise resource planning (ERP). As an IT Application Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation, maintenance, Testing and optimization of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our business processes.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations and solutions.- Assist in the implementation and deployment of ERP modules, with a focus on areas such as finance, supply chain, and inventory management.- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting assistance, and resolving ERP-related issues to ensure smooth operation of business processes.- Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements within the ERP system.- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP technology to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance system functionality.Qualifications :- Recent MBA graduate with a specialization or coursework in information systems, business analytics, or related field.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within an ERP environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a passion for leveraging ERP systems to drive business efficiency and innovation.- Prior experience or coursework in ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus, but not required.Why Join Us :- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ERP systems and cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and innovative environment.- Collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diversity, creativity, and teamwork.- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals to support your career growth and development in the field of ERP and business analytics.
