Job Description :FutureFactor360 is hiring on behalf of a GCC of a large automotive company based in NCR for the role of "Finance Product Manager" The Finance Product Manager is a crucial role within the organization responsible for overseeing the development, management, and enhancement of financial products or services offered to clients or internal stakeholders. This role demands a blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and product management skills to drive the success of financial products in alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities :Product Strategy Development : Develop and refine strategies for financial products, considering market trends, customer needs, and business goals. Managing Product Development : Oversee the end-to-end process of product development, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer requirements. Collaborate with Analysts and Experts : Work closely with financial analysts and subject matter experts to gather insights, assess market opportunities, and enhance product offerings. Maintaining Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant laws and standards. Assisting with Product Marketing : Support the marketing team in creating promotional materials, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and adoption. Liaising with Distributors and Vendors : Establish and maintain relationships with distribution partners and vendors to facilitate product distribution and enhance market reach. Listing Potential Risks and Liabilities : Identify potential risks and liabilities associated with financial products and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. Maintain Relationship with Existing and Potential Clients : Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences. Pitch Product to Partner Firms and Vendors : Present product offerings to potential partner firms and vendors, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to drive collaboration and business growth. Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to evaluate the performance and profitability of financial products. Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. MBA from a top business school in India (Tier 1 or 2) Proven experience (4 years) in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on developing and managing financial products. Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and instruments. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and metrics. Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch and optimization. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards governing financial products. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving product innovation and excellence.
