We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Java Developer with expertise in Spring Boot, MySQL, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and experience with AWS Linux. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications, ensuring they meet the business requirements and performance standards.Job Title : Lead Java DeveloperLocation : BangaloreKey Responsibilities :- Lead Development: Lead and guide a team of Java developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions.- Architectural Design: Collaborate with architects to define and implement software architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.- Spring Boot Expertise: Utilize Spring Boot to build microservices and applications, making use of its features for rapid development.- AWS Integration: Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based applications on AWS, including utilizing services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and others as needed.- Shell Scripting: Create and maintain shell scripts for automating tasks and deployment processes, enhancing efficiency in development and operations.- CI/CD Pipeline: Develop and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline.- Rest API and SOAP APIs: Develop, maintain, and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs for communication with other services or systems.- Database Expertise: Work with MySQL databases, design efficient database schemas, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity.- Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the application, making necessary improvements to enhance speed and responsiveness.- Code Review: Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues, including bugs and system outages, in a timely and effective manner.- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for the codebase, architecture, and deployment processes.- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product management, to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record of leading and delivering software projects.- Spring Boot: Proficiency in developing Spring Boot applications and microservices.- AWS: Strong experience with AWS services and cloud architecture, with relevant certifications being a plus.- Shell Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash for automating tasks and processes.- CI/CD: Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.- APIs: Proficient in designing and working with RESTful and SOAP APIs.- Database: Solid understanding of database concepts, with expertise in MySQL or other relational databases.- Code Quality: Familiarity with code quality tools and best practices, such as code reviews, testing, and debugging.- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Documentation: Ability to maintain thorough and clear documentation- Security Awareness: Understanding of application security principles and best practicesSkills : - Java, Springboot, REST APIs. - Strong in design patterns, and microservices.
