Job Description :- Can manage Team of 5+ size- Should be able to work in 24-7 Shift- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, Software and application issues in a ticketing system. - Support and apply desktop/Server/Network fault resolution . - Thorough knowledge on Windows 10 and above Operating system / MS windows Server 2012 and above- Good knowledge on configuration and troubleshoot Mocrosoft Office O365 related issues- Troubleshoot and fix hardware related issues- Good knowldege for troubleshooting LAN related issues- Should have5-7 Years' experience in Windows Desktop support.Roles & Responsibilities :- Vendor Management- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.- Broad experience of IT with thourogh understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.- This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned"Additional Requirement :- Prefered to have Knowledge/certificate on CCNA or equivanent / MCP or MCSA- Knowledge/Certificate on ITIL V3 and above" (ref:hirist.tech)
