Role : Data, AI & Analytics Practice ArchitectResponsibilities :- Lead the creation & evolution of Infinite's data & AI practice under the guidance of the Practice head with BU data science, engineering & architecture teams.- Build & maintain core data, AI, and Analytics platform competencies with high automation & ease of use by data scientists & engineers within each business unit.- Expertise in building, scaling, and optimizing training and inferencing systems for AI, ML, Analytics and deep neural networks, and Transformer architectures.- Background in machine learning with a track record in large-scale training and deployment of deep neural nets and/or transformer architectures- Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Lightning, Mosaic ML, etc.), artificial intelligence, deep learning, and/or natural language processing.- ML Model Orchestration : Design, build, and deploy well-managed core APIs and SDKs to access LLMs, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting tasks.- Should have extensive experience in Data, Analytics, ML projects on AWS, GCP, and Data Robot for machine learning projects.- API Design for Excellence : Design APIs with a focus on performance, real-time applications, scale, ease of use, and governance automation.- Do tool analysis and selection and implement automation frameworks and approaches for different application platforms.- Do hands-on prototyping of new tools, libraries, frameworks, and architectural patterns.- Identify emerging automation techniques to help improve the DevSecOps & ML-Ops toolchain.- Advanced knowledge of object-oriented principles, Python, Knowledge accelerators (e.g., Machine Learning or GPUs) or similar high-performance designs, advanced LLM architecture Soft Skills :- Strong communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences, able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes - Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods - Drives results by consistently achieving completion and closure of tasks, even in the face of obstacles and setbacks.- Adaptive personality and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.- A problem-solving attitude that can adapt to varying timelines.- Excellent ability to multi-task assigned duties or projects.Qualifications : B.E, Master's (ref:hirist.tech)
