Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS) solutions for our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.- Architect and configure Oracle Retek applications to meet specific business requirements, including system integrations, data migrations, and customizations.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and recommend enhancements to optimize the use of Oracle Retek applications.- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS) implementations.- Stay current with Oracle Retail technology advancements, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance expertise and drive innovation in solution delivery.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience as an Oracle Retek Architect or similar role, with a focus on Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS).- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Retek applications, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.- Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and database concepts.- Experience with Oracle Retail modules such as Merchandising, Pricing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Oracle certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Oracle Retail, Oracle Database) are a plus.- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites, as required.Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise in Oracle Retek architecture will make a significant impact on the success of our retail clients.
