Job Description :Key Skills :- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, critical thinking, collaboration and decision-making skills- Possess a positive and energetic attitude, with a view to moving the business forward- Strong self-management and ability to work in ambiguity- Experience building and leading development and support teams that design and deliver highly reliable and scalable systems leveraging one or more technologies here, like JavaScript, Java, React & backend technologies like Python, Pyspark, PostgreSQL, Oracle or SQL Server- Experience leading development teams in major cloud technology modernization initiatives and programs, esp. in AWS - S3, Lambda, Glue, RDBMS, CloudWatch- Strong SQL Development/Datawarehouse experience, business requirement elicitation, data analysis.- Demonstrates Automation skill set with prior experience.- Experience developing IT solutions in a SaaS environment including application configuration/development- Experience leading highly motivated engineers, with specialized skills and diverse functional elements.- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as agile software development, rapid prototyping, and DevOps)- Understanding and knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)- Understanding of architecture, design principles to guide the development team (ref:hirist.tech)
