Role : SRE Lead. Client : KPMG. Experience : 9 Years 12 Years. Location : Bangalore. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Joiners. C2H Role ( On Voyager Partners Payroll). Job Description :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an DevOps/ SRE, with a focus on AWS.- Expertise in AWS , Kubernetes technical concepts and able to build and maintain respective environments.- Able to automate using Python / shell scripts.- Expertise in Monitoring /observability tools.- Developing/ maintaining automation pipelines.- Operations support, service deployments, security patching and upgrades.- Expertise in Service resiliency/observability/ incident management and resolution.- Maintain or implement platform standards (aws tagging, security compliance, etc.).- Familiar with CDN (akamai), design principles, and be familiar with SDLF.Key Responsibilities : AWS and Kubernetes Expertise : - Build, maintain, and optimize AWS and Kubernetes environments. Implement best practices and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance. Automation : - Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and shell scripting to streamline operations and deployment processes. Monitoring and Observability : - Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools to ensure system health, performance, and availability. Analyze metrics and logs to proactively identify and address issues. Automation Pipelines : - Design, develop, and maintain automation pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Operations Support and Deployment : - Provide operational support, manage service deployments, and handle security patching and upgrades. - Ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes with minimal downtime. Incident Management and Resolution : - Lead incident management processes, including detection, response, and resolution. - Implement strategies to improve service resiliency and minimize service disruptions. Platform Standards and Compliance : - Maintain or implement platform standards, including AWS tagging, security compliance, and other best practices. - Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. CDN and Design Principles : - Familiarity with CDN solutions (e.g., Akamai) and design principles. - Knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLF) practices. Communication : - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. - Provide clear and concise updates on project statuses, issues, and resolutions.
