We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet your business needs and drive success in today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.Job Description : We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT service management (ITSM), business configuration, and basic ServiceNow modules to support our organization's IT service delivery and business processes.Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, with a focus on IT service management (ITSM) processes.- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including incident management, problem management, change management, service catalog, and configuration management database (CMDB), to align with ITIL best practices and organizational workflows.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions that leverage ServiceNow capabilities to streamline IT service delivery and enhance user experience.- Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and other configurations to automate and optimize ITSM processes and workflows.- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using web services, APIs, and middleware platforms to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of ServiceNow applications and configurations to ensure quality and reliability.- Provide administrative support for the ServiceNow platform, including user management, role-based access control (RBAC), permissions, and system configurations.- Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, releases, and best practices. Evaluate new features and functionalities and recommend enhancements to existing solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing and customizing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- Strong expertise in IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices, with experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules such as incident management, problem management, and change management.- Proficiency in ServiceNow business configuration, including service catalog, workflow configuration, and UI customization.- Experience with ServiceNow administration, including user management, role-based access control (RBAC), and system configurations.- Solid understanding of web technologies, databases, and integrations, with experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems using web services, APIs, and middleware platforms.- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Benefits : - Hybrid work mode,- 12 lakhs health insurance- Flexible work hours (ref:hirist.tech)
