Our Client :Our client is a product and services engineering company. We are a team of Software Engineers, Architects, Managers, and Cloud Experts with expertise in Technology and Delivery ManagementRoles and Responsibilities:- The role is to be a hands-on engineer to set up and manage messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis, etc..- The engineer will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, scaling, and maintenance of Apache Kafka and other messaging products.- They will ensure that monitoring is in place for the early detection of issues and that systems are resilient and have the capacity to deal with changing demands.- Work along with other engineers and collaborate in setting up the products in the ecosystem.- Demonstrated ability to deploy messaging products in the GCP, AWS- Analyze and resolve issues in production environmentsMust Have Skills:- Overall 8+ years of experience in software engineering with 4+ years of experience in performing Kafka, Rabbit MQ, Redis Installations, Setup, and Topic creation- Understanding of High Availability Cluster solutions, Load balancers, TCP/IP Networks.- Experience with SDLC and Github/Gitlab.- Experience with ansible , shell scripting and Python.- Ability to work effectively with a globally distributed team while able to operate independently.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down and communicate complex issues, ideas, and solutions- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood to have:- Experience in integrating and debugging GCP cloud solutions- Experience with agile development, Jira & Git, git-flow- Experience with automation to deploy messaging platforms.Education: BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experienceLocation: Bangalore (ref:hirist.tech)
