Job Title : Tech Lead -MERNExperience : 5+ yrsJob Location : PuneSkills required :- Experience in .Front End & Application Layer: HTML, CSS, React Js, React Native, Angular Js, Javascript, XML, AJAX, JQuery, Java/J2EE, JSP, Springs, Struts- Middleware & DB layer: Express Js, Mongo DB, MySQL, Amazon RD, Automation and Collaboration Tools: Git, Jenkins, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira/Confluence, MS Teams- Web/Application Servers : Apache Tomcat, Java Web Server - A team player with a strong passion for development- Solid software development background including design patterns, strong problem-solving skills, data structures, test driven development is a plus- Excellent understanding of design patterns & Object Oriented Programming.- Need to have knowledge of git (source control) and agile /scrum process and estimation methodology.- Self-driven, end-to-end ownership, focus on operational excellence.- Experience with scalable systems- Very good at identifying and troubleshooting production issues.- Good communication skills- Self-driven, end-to-end ownership, focus on operational excellence.Role & Responsibility :- Identifying, assessing and implementing next-gen product solutions;- liaising with business partners to unearth needs and requirements- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility- Define the Development framework, guide the team in coding as per the design- Manage the work allocation to the teams- Analyse requirements for feasibility with regards to implementation and work closely with the solution architect/technical architect on the framework, technology stack- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation- Mentor team members in project teams concerning product and domain skills on projects.
