Essential Duties And Responsibilities : Mandatory / Preferred Skills : SAP QM,ABAP basic debugging. Skills :- Should have 5+ years of experience in SAP QM processes in S4 HANA.- At least 2 years of combined implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA.- At least 2 years of solid business process knowledge and business process blue printing experience.- Able to run requirement gathering workshops, fit/gap analysis and propose and develop solution.- Strong Technical and problem-solving skills.- Should have Key User/End User Training experience.- Should be comfortable with Training/WBT content creation. Soft Skills :- A self-driven candidate who is ready to learn new topics and ready to adapt with the environment as well as project needs.- Strong communication skills required; written, verbal, and strong interpersonal skills and able to participate in deployment and hyper-care activities.- Good to have ability to demonstrate as cross functional and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities :- Candidate would be an integral part of SAP Application Support team and would be directly responsible for all SAP QM functional project assignments.- Some of the specific task expectations are as given below :1. Completely take ownership of the Implementation QM processes.2. Independently take up the QM development tasks including concept building, prototyping, testing and implementation.- Responsible for the coordination between the cross-module team and resolving any integration related issues.
