With multiple games and challenges, we bring an immersive and dynamic mobile gaming experience to unite players across the world through moments of joy. We are looking for a senior backend engineer who can help us design, build and maintain a highly scalable platform.In this role, you'll have the opportunity to :- Work alongside top end engineers to build and support the backend stack for a world-class mobile gaming software- Design, develop and maintain new and existing functionality for our server-side APIs and services (REST/GraphQL)- Participate in the development lifecycle on technical problems of all scopes and complexity levels- Analyze, research new technologies and provide solutions that can be applied across the product- Bring your experience and creativity to improving our code quality, security and performance- Mentor other developers by participating in code reviews and giving feedback and suggestions- Integrate third party APIs and handle product integrations with other digital apps and startupsExperience we are looking for :- 5+ years of software development experience in TypeScript/JavaScript/NodeJs- 3+ years of experience writing and maintaining applications in a serverless architecture- Proficient understanding of AWS services (or other SaaS cloud providers)- Proficient knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, etc)- Proficiency with version control tools (git, GitHub)Things you can brag about after joining us :Start-up Environment - Work with a passionate & energetic team driven by hustle, camaraderie & togetherness.Culture for Innovation - We give each employee the ability to create, make and innovate, eventually building a great learning work environment & career trajectory.We've got you covered - From medical insurance to a fantastic work culture, to a collaborative work environment, to some amazing learning and development sessions - we've got your back!We look forward to hearing from you!
