Job Description :Responsibilities :- Deliver scalable, low latency, and cost-efficient solutions to clients- Work closely with the founders, the engineering leaders, to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interface- Be a part of conversations with experts from the industry and implement innovative solutions based on business needs- Test completed tasks in ongoing projects as a practice, participate in peer reviews, and ensure the software is working before delivering it to the clients- Establish and maintain code quality as per the needs of the customers and standards in assigned projects- Implement and support compliance necessary for the softwareQualifications :- 3 - 5 years of prior experience with hands-on programming preferably as a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on database optimization- Expert knowledge of Cassandra DB or any other NoSQL DB with high transaction volumes- Expertise with NodeJS and Python, Django and with data structures and algorithms- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, and one of the following ReactJS/ Angular/ VueJS- Foundational knowledge of HTML/ CSS, SASS, and Azure- Ability to design for scale and performance, and to do peer code reviews- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)- Familiarity with the pharma or packaging industry is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
