Description:

Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Appian platform.- Design, develop, test, and deploy Appian applications and components, including process models, user interfaces, integrations, and data objects.- Customize Appian applications using Appian SAIL, including forms, reports, expressions, and rules.- Implement best practices for Appian development, including design patterns, performance optimization, and security.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of Appian solutions with existing systems and applications.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members.- Troubleshoot and debug issues with Appian applications, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.- Stay current with Appian platform updates, new features, and industry trends to continually improve development practices and deliver innovative solutions.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an Appian Developer, with developing Appian applications.- Strong understanding of the Appian platform, including Appian BPM, Appian SAIL, Appian Records, and Appian Integrations.- Proficiency in Appian development tools, including Appian Designer, Appian Expression Language, and Appian Process Modeler.- Experience with Appian administration tasks, such as environment setup, configuration, and deployment.- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Appian certification(s) is a plus.
