Description:
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborating with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Designing, developing, and testing ABAP programs to enhance SAP functionality.- Customizing SAP reports, interfaces, and forms using ABAP programming.- Optimizing and debugging existing ABAP code to improve performance and efficiency.- Performing data conversions and managing data using ABAP data dictionary.- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues related to SAP applications.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.- Documenting technical specifications, user guides, and test cases.- Keeping abreast of SAP technologies and best practices to suggest improvements.- Participating in SAP system upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts.- Adhering to software development standards and following change management processes.- Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines.- Training end-users and providing post-implementation support.- Participating in requirement gathering and analysis for new developments.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant or relevant role.- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language and development tools.- Experience in developing and customizing SAP reports, interfaces, and forms.- Strong understanding of SAP data dictionary and data management techniques.- Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and error handling in SAP ABAP.- Ability to work on SAP implementation projects and support activities.- Good understanding of SAP functional modules and integration points.- Good Experince in S4hana- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.- Certifications in SAP ABAP development will be an added advantage.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Familiarity with SAP best practices and coding standards.
