Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing successful SAP solutions for our clients.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem, in-depth knowledge of solution architecture principles, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP implementations.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.- Translate business requirements into comprehensive SAP solution architectures, considering scalability, performance, and integration needs.- Design and implement robust SAP solutions utilizing best practices, industry standards, and compliance regulations.- Select, configure, and integrate various SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, HCM) to meet specific client functionalities.- Develop detailed technical documentation, including system design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.- Lead and mentor technical teams throughout the implementation lifecycle (planning, design, development, testing, deployment, go-live).- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the implementation process.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure optimal system utilization.- Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP technologies, functionalities, and best practices.Requirements:- 9-11 years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.- In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Strong understanding of core SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, HCM) and their functionalities.- Experience in designing and implementing complex SAP solutions across various industries (a plus).- Proficiency in SAP configuration tools and methodologies (e.g., SPRO, Solution Manager).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on creating efficient and optimized solutions.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and functionalities within the SAP landscape.
