We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Camunda Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, deployment, and optimization of mission-critical business processes using Camunda BPM and BPMN. The ideal candidate will be a passionate BPM advocate with a deep understanding of Camunda, a proven track record of leading successful BPM projects, and a strong leadership mindset.Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Lead a team of Camunda developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex business process automation solutions using Camunda BPM and BPMN 2.- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Camunda BPM, BPMN standards, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and establish coding standards for Camunda development within the team.Process Design and Implementation : - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable Camunda BPMN workflows.- Develop robust and reusable Camunda process models, leveraging best practices for maintainability and reusability.- Integrate Camunda BPM with existing systems and applications using APIs and connectors.- Configure user tasks, decision logic, and process variables within Camunda workflows.Deployment and Management :- Oversee the deployment of Camunda applications across various environments (development, testing, production).- Monitor Camunda process execution, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement performance optimization strategies.- Manage user access and permissions within the Camunda environment.- Implement robust logging and monitoring practices for Camunda processes.Communication and Collaboration :- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, operations, IT) to ensure successful process automation initiatives.- Document Camunda workflows and processes clearly for future reference.Requirements :- 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying business process automation solutions using Camunda BPM and BPMN 2.- Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers.- In-depth knowledge of Camunda architecture, functionalities, and best practices.- Solid understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and notation.- Experience with Java programming and Spring frameworks (a plus).- Experience with integrating Camunda BPM with various systems and applications (databases, web services, etc.) (a plus).- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and troubleshoot complex Camunda issues.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.- Experience in DevOps practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.
