You will be working with an exceptionally talented team with years of experience in product design, engineering, operations, and marketing. You would be operating in a start-up environment. This means 'rolling up your sleeves' and diving deep into the details with an eager willingness to create and execute, taking complete ownership of work and stretching oneself, and, over a period, building and leading a growing team.We are looking for a bright and exceptional Java Team Lead based out of Hyderabad or any other location across India.What you'll do day-to-day : Develop, customize, maintain, and monitor applications for web platforms, utilizing the latest technologies Responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical terms Document solutions and communicate with other team members on the way forward Follow a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach to software development Proactively investigate, analyze, and fix reported defects Light work to enhance, maintain, and create microservices in Java Design, build, and unit test software in a collaborative environment Write clear, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code Participate in design and code reviews Participate regularly in an Agile team environment and scheduleWho we're looking for : 7+ years of solid Java/J2EE development experience Should have handled a team before Extensive experience with microservice development using Spring Framework - Spring Boot, dependency injection, Data access (JPA/Hibernate), transaction management, MVC is a must Experience in Spring Security OAuth In-depth knowledge of XML, WSDL, JSON, NodeJS Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and NoSQL Solid knowledge pertaining to Object Oriented Design Patterns Knowledge of AWS tools like Kubernetes, EC2, Memcash/Redis is preferable Previous experience delivering software as a part of an agile teamThe best-fit candidate will have the following traits : Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment that provides a steep learning curve and lots of opportunities to grow and learn Demonstrate resilience in an environment of ambiguity, go above and beyond the call of duty to grow and leave an impact, and come up with innovative and out-of-the-box ideas and solutions Possess high integrity, capable of handling sensitive and confidential matters Understand not just the 'why' and but also the 'how', and combine this knowledge with strong business acumen to create new processes geared towards the fast-paced world of fintech Possess great communication and interpersonal skills and get along with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that work gets done (ref:hirist.tech)
