Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the development of our software products.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Google Sheets.As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with our business goals, and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software product projects.- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.- Manage project scope and changes, ensuring any adjustments are documented and agreed upon.- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.- Ensure Agile methodologies are applied throughout the project lifecycle.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.- Utilize JIRA for tracking project tasks and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.- Conduct regular project reviews and revise schedules as required.- Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.Mandatory Skills :- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software product development.- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).- Proficiency in JIRA for project tracking and Google Sheets for data management.- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a program management role within the software industry.
