The Data Science Trainee is responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of learners in an educational or training program. They work closely with learners to support their goals, address any concerns or issues, and provide guidance and resources to help them achieve their objectives.The job description of Data Science Trainee may include the following responsibilities :1. Develop and implement strategies to promote learner success and engagement.2. Provide one-on-one support to learners, addressing their needs and concerns.3. Monitor the progress of learners and identify any potential obstacles or challenges.4. Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure effective delivery of the program.5. Conduct regular check-ins and assessments with learners to evaluate their progress and gather feedback.6. Develop and deliver workshops or training sessions to enhance learners' skills and knowledge.7. Maintain accurate records and documentation of learner interactions and progress.8. Analyze learner data and outcomes to identify trends and areas for improvement.9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learner success and engagement.10. Assist in the development and implementation of program evaluation and improvement initiatives.Skills and qualifications for a learner success manager may include :1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.3. Knowledge of instructional methods and learning theories.4. Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools.5. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.6. Strong organizational and time management skills.7. Experience in customer service or student support roles.8. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.9. Ability to adapt and respond to changing needs or circumstances.10. A passion for education and a desire to help learners succeed.Key Skills :- Knowledge on Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Tableau is mandatory- Knowledge of Deep Learning and other tools of Artificial intelligence will be an added beneficialEducational Qualification : Graduate in Engineering with knowledge of Data ScienceExperience : 0-1 Yrs (ref:hirist.tech)
