Job Description :- Being a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end ServiceNow product lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production support.- Business Analysis at Tech Mahindra consists of analysing customer requirements, preparing user stories, crafting detailed solution documents for product enhancements, and occasional support for post-deployment activities to ensure successful ServiceNow implementations.Responsibilities :- Engaging with business stakeholders to understand their business needs and to outline detailed requirements.- Collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to craft solutions, enhancing existing product functionality.- Drafting ServiceNow requirements and solutions documentation, producing product training and support collateral.- Participate in the development and grooming of Agile User Stories.- Documentation of workflow, leveraging third party tools and technology.- Working closely and collaboratively with development and QA teams to ensure optimal quality throughout ServiceNow's software development lifecycle.- Participation in the QA (Testing) lifecycle to validate solution has met requirements as documented and providing feedback on testing results.- Conducting needs assessments calls and product demonstrations with prospective customers.- Able to effectively facilitate user group sessions, requirements gathering workshops with a variety of participants from both business and technology.Skills and Experience :- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- At least three (3) years of professional experience in a relevant business analysis/product management position (ServiceNow)- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM).- .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders from across the Enterprise.- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment in which you may be expected to assume multiple simultaneous responsibilities.- Working knowledge of Jira or other scrum tools- ITIL knowledge and experience.- ServiceNow CSA certified.- Good to have CIS certifications.
