Role : IT Project ManagerLocation : Noida, IndiaTotal Experience : 5 to 6 yearsNote : 6 days Working from Office (Monday to Saturday)Job Description :Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the companyAnalyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspectiveAssess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiationAnalyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achievedDevelop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departmentsAppraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plansResponsibilities :Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launchTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teamsCreate product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROIAnalyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plansCollaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organizationDevelop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company and its features across primary market segmentsSkills Required :Should have 5 to 9 years of experience in Project managementProven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleHighly effective cross-functional team managementPrevious experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategiesExceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skillsScrum ceremonies, User stories, sprint planningMust have 5- 7 yrs experience Agile/ Scrum/ Waterfall (ref:hirist.tech)
