Must-haves :1) Work experience as a front end developer with a reputed organization 2) Good Understanding of ReactJs or Next Js3) Basic to intermediate understanding of front-end languages and technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.- Experience working in Git along with typical JavaScript & Python build tools.Plusses :- JavaScript and frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js to add interactivity and dynamic behavior to web pages. - This includes handling user interactions, form validation, animations, and AJAX requests.- Experience with banking applications.- ACH (automated clearing house) / transfer experience. - Prior lead experience. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science. Day-to-Day :- Insight Global is seeking an innovative and passionate Lead Software Engineer to help build an industry changing Financial Technology developer toolset and community leading software for a banking solutions client in Bangalore, India.- This person will work with a dedicated team of professionals to extend the capabilities of a SDK and UI library that will allow Financial Institutions and Financial Technology companies to build creative application extensions for clients using the companies digital banking platform.- This person will further refine and mature the capabilities of the SDK and UI components with a focus on the developer experience, allowing developers to create new functionality quickly and easily.- This person will be working on one month sprints within an Agile and Scrum enviornment.- Other responsibilities will include working on a backlog and new feature functions for the SDK where they will be updating a myriad of tools within the program.- This individual will be proficient in English, able to report on-site 5 days a week in Bangalore, and possess great organization skills.
