Title : Cisco Mobility Product Tester. Location : Bangalore. Years Of Experience : 6-8 Years.- Customer-facing experience.- Previous customer support or TAC-style role experience.- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex network issues.- Mandatory Cisco Mobility product testing experience.- Strong knowledge of PGW, SGW.- Strong knowledge of AMF, PCF, SMF, UPF, UDM, SMI.- Strong familiarity with Cisco Star OS.- Familiarity with NSO, VNFM orchestration.- Knowledge of Cisco DC platforms (N3K, N7K, N9K).- Understanding with BGP, OSPF, LAN Switching, VXLAN.- Programming experience with Python, Kubernetes, Robot Framework (preferred).- Experience with Linux/Unix systems.- DevOps knowledge.- Proficiency with Cisco test tools (Lattice, Stargen, Calipers).- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and formal presentation).- Experience in manual testing and solution testing.- 2-3 years of experience in Cisco Mobility BU product engineering.Suggested Qualifications : Expertise in 4G/5G technology.Good to have / Not mandatory : CCIE certification in DC, Service Provider, or R&S.- DevNet certification. -CKA certification.KRA Required :Testing and Validation : - Conduct thorough testing and validation of Cisco Mobility products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications. - Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts to cover various use cases and functionalities. - Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs, defects, and performance issues. - Collaborate with product engineering teams to address identified issues and ensure timely resolution. Customer Support and Interaction : - Provide expert-level customer support by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges related to Cisco Mobility products. - Interact directly with customers in a professional manner, understanding their requirements, and providing effective solutions. - Utilize previous experience in customer-facing roles or TAC-style environments to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve complex network issues efficiently. Technical Expertise : - Demonstrate proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex network issues, with a focus on Cisco Mobility products. - Possess strong knowledge of Cisco Mobility product architecture, including PGW, SGW, AMF, PCF, SMF, UPF, UDM, SMI, and familiarity with Cisco Star OS. - Understand Cisco Data Center (DC) platforms such as N3K, N7K, and N9K, along with protocols like BGP, OSPF, LAN Switching, and VXLAN. - Utilize programming skills in Python, Kubernetes, and Robot Framework to automate testing processes and enhance efficiency. - Leverage expertise in Linux/Unix systems and DevOps practices to optimize testing environments and workflows. Tool Proficiency : - Exhibit proficiency in using Cisco test tools such as Lattice, Stargen, and Calipers to conduct comprehensive product testing and validation. - Familiarity with NSO (Network Services Orchestrator) and VNFM (Virtual Network Function Manager) orchestration tools would be advantageous. Communication and Collaboration : - Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate technical concepts, findings, and recommendations. - Conduct formal presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients, conveying testing results and insights clearly and persuasively. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product engineering, development, and customer support to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
