We have managed Biologics, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems portfolios.Job Description : We are seeking a skilled & experienced Lead Python Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecting & implementing using Python Web frameworks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with talented professionals, and enhance your technical skills.Roles & Responsibilities : Python Development : - Lead a team of Python developers & ensure best practices in design and implementation. - Develop and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.- Write efficient, reusable, and modular code.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-quality software solutions.- Ensuring the best practices in developing structured code. Data Analysis and SQL : - Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Work with large datasets to derive actionable insights.- Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.Problem Solving : - Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality improvements.Documentation : - Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, data processes, and solutions.- Create user guides and training materials as needed.Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.- Expertise in Python Web Frameworks like Flask / Fast API / Django. - Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.- Proficiency in data visualization.- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a must.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to mentor & develop a team of developers.
