Job Title : React DeveloperExperience Level : 5+ YearsRequired Skills :- Proficiency in React.js with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications.- Strong understanding of Redux and its core principles.- Experience with state management in complex React applications.- Proficient in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.- Solid understanding of front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, etc.- Experience with version control systems such as Git.- Good understanding of browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Preferred Skills :- Experience with other JavaScript frameworks/libraries like Angular or Vue.js.- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, etc.- Familiarity with GraphQL.- Experience with server-side rendering using frameworks like Next.js.- Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in front-end development.- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate design wireframes into high-quality code.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) experience.Responsibilities :- Develop new user-facing features using React.js and Redux.- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Work closely with designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.- Continuously improve software quality by implementing best practices and standards.Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
