Roles and Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable .NET applications using the latest technologies and frameworks for our SaaS platform.Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Agile methodologies.Manage projects effectively using Jira, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource allocation.Develop and implement the microservices-based architecture, utilizing best practices to ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability.Oversee and manage Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and monitoring of our cloud-based resources.Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, ensuring that the team consistently produces high quality code.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and assistance to the team as needed.Participate in the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in .NET development, sharing your knowledge and insights with the team.Desired Candidate Profile :Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.4 - 8 years of experience in .NET development, with a strong background in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.Proven experience in developing and implementing microservices-based architecture using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience developing APIs for consumption by multiple clients.Experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with popular frameworks like Angular or React.Proficiency in using Git for version control and collaboration.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and troubleshoot technical issues.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing projects using Jira.- Experience managing Azure infrastructure, with a focus on security, monitoring, and optimization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion.Perks and Benefits :Competitive Compensation structureWorking along with Cofounding teamOpportunity to work in Core Product Development function (ref:hirist.tech)
