We are hiring graduates from Meghalaya location Only.Role : Technical Support Engineer L1Position Type : 3 Months of Probations and Post Evaluation will be On-RollsShifts : 24-7 Rotational ShiftsWork Location : Bangalore (Work from Office) - Candidate must ready to relocate to Bangalore.Qualifications : Mandatory Passout Year 2022 OR 2023 from Meghalaya, Shillong's Universities and Colleges) B. tech/BE, BCA, BSc, B. com, BA, BBA, BMS or any graduate.No. Of Positions : 10-15.Experience : 0 - 1 Year (Freshers and any candidates who would like to make a career in Technical Support).Job Description :Expertise in trouble shooting of Web based applications.Experience in Antivirus Patching, Account Lockdown etc.Experience with Cloud/Microsoft/Linux operating systems at the desktop and server level.Basic knowledge of Active Directory,Troubleshooting using wireshark, fiddlerExcellent verbal and written communication skills through phone, chat and email is required.Ability to work on multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Expertise in SQL/MYSQL, PowerShell would be an added advantage.Please Note :Only those who have graduated in 2022 & 2023 from Meghalaya, Shillong's Universities and Colleges will be considered for this position.Candidates must have Excellent written and spoken English communications skills for this role.Must be comfortable for Voice/Calling/Chat/Email Process.Immediate Joiner's will be Preferred.
