Job Description :A data-driven analytical technical leader with over 12+ years of experience in software development, specializing in leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects.Previous experience in client-facing roles with a knack for innovation and driving the development of cutting-edge solutions to address client challenges and fuel business growth.Proven track record of building and leading multidisciplinary engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and promoting a continuous learning culture.Proficient in building complex platforms with technical expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, with exposure to other technologies considered a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Engineering practices, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and project management tools is highly desirable.Experience contributing to solution architecture and delivering software products/platforms from inception.Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address business challenges and foster innovation.Adaptability to changing business requirements, technologies, and market dynamics, leading the practice through periods of growth and transformation with resilience and agility.Responsibilities :Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide guidance and support to team members, including performance management, career development, and skills enhancement.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project completion.Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team, including architecture design, coding best practices, and technology selection.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain technical excellence.Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on project priorities and goals.Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and other stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and resolve dependencies.Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.Identify opportunities to streamline engineering processes, improve efficiency, and enhance team productivity.Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to optimize the software development lifecycle and delivery pipeline.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning within the engineering organization.
