Description:
Responsibilities :Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, Apex, and Triggers to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce functionality.Utilize strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model to design scalable and secure solutions.Implement Salesforce integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications.Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality solutions on time.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure system stability and performance.Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members as needed.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Aura Components, Apex, and Triggers.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Integration Patterns).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
