Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and customize Experience Cloud communities using Experience Builder (formerly Community Builder), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions within Experience Cloud.- Configure community preferences, settings, and security controls to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and user access control.- Customize community templates, layouts, and branding to align with the company's brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.- Integrate Experience Cloud communities with other Salesforce clouds (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.- Develop custom Lightning components and Aura components for use within Experience Cloud communities to meet specific business requirements.- Optimize Experience Cloud communities for mobile devices, ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience across all devices and screen sizes.- Implement user authentication methods (e.g., Salesforce Identity, SAML, OAuth) and access control mechanisms to ensure secure access to community content and data.- Configure community analytics and reporting using built-in tools like Community Cloud Einstein Analytics to track user engagement, content consumption, and community performance.- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Experience Cloud communities, addressing user inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, administrators, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 3 years of experience working specifically with Salesforce Experience Cloud.- Proficiency in Experience Builder (formerly Community Builder), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.- Advanced in Experience Cloud and Worked on one or more projects that involved Experience Cloud Implementations.- Experienced in developing tailor-made components for a Customer Portal.- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.- Experience integrating Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions.Certifications preferred :- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Developer.- Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant.- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.- No Third Parties/Agencies.
