Job Title : Technical Writer - Management Consulting Location : MumbaiClient name : BTS strategy alignment and execution Pvt Ltd Job Responsibilities :- Proactively explore solutions and understand the functionalities to be able to articulate them into clear documentation.- Collaborate with internal teams (developers, quality engineers, product managers, usability experts) to understand product features and application behaviours.- Collaborate with non-technical execution and operations teams to understand resource and documentation needs to support training and global best practices.- Produce high-quality, clear, concise, user-friendly documentation (manuals, guides, etc) meeting industry standards and tailored to the intended audience.- Ensure timely updates of documentation in sync with application update rollouts.- Work with internal teams, within the governance structure of the knowledge management ecosystem to support the knowledge maintenance process.- Establish and adhere to style guides and templates for consistency. - Ensure standardized terminology across all documentation.- Categorize and organize information logically for easy retrieval. - Utilize metadata and keywords to enhance searchability.- Conduct regular reviews for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. - Gather feedback to improve documentation quality.- Ensure documentation accessibility to individuals with disabilities. - Coordinate documentation localization for global audiences.Key Skills :- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content- Quick grasp of complex technical concepts, translating them into clear and understandable text- Self-starter, independent learner- Able to investigate and test independently in order to discover a feature set and translate it into documentation- Basic understanding of content management systems- Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)- Are well-organized and flexible and can manage your own time and workload- Excel in collaborating across various teams and departments- Have a passion for language and technology with strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Have a curious and inquisitive mind and a willingness to learn from your successes and failuresMandatory :- Should have experience working with International clients- Have at least five years of experience, particularly software and web application documentation- Excellent written communication skills in English- Can translate complex technical ideas into text that is accessible for a global audienceIndustry : OpenGender : OpenExperience : 8-10 Years.Job Location : Goregaon, MumbaiWorking Days : 5 days (Hybrid)Qualification : Graduation or Any Post Graduate (ref:hirist.tech)
