Salary : 11 -12LPAJob Description :Responsibilities :- Create Simple and Delightful user experiences for our customers- Design smart, effective websites/mobile/tablet apps that drive user engagement.- Be an important bridge between design and front-end engineering.- Maintain existing websites/platforms/visuals with a critical eye optimizing the user experience.- Lead projects both large and small while collaborating with the rest of the design team, product managers, and developers- Support marketing team with additional web and creative design-related tasks (e.g., visuals, responsive email campaigns, online promotional campaigns, etc- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.Skills Required :- Have experience in Figma, Adobe XD or similar layout/mockup tools.- A portfolio of design projects real or fictional- Being able to use raster and vector design tools i.e Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools.- Good communication skills- Team player- Self-motivated- Time management, being able to define deadlines and deliver (ref:hirist.tech)
