Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CPQ Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle CPQ Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of Oracle's CPQ Cloud solution to meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure the CPQ system, integrate it with other enterprise systems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.Key Responsibilities :- Gather and analyse business requirements related to sales processes, product configurations, pricing strategies, and quote generation.- Configure and customise the Oracle CPQ Cloud solution to meet specific business needs, including setting up product catalogues, pricing rules, workflows, and user interfaces.- Integrate the CPQ system with other enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, and billing systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.- Conduct thorough testing of the CPQ system to ensure it functions correctly and meets business requirements.- Provide training to users on how to effectively use the CPQ system and offer ongoing support to resolve any issues or questions.- Monitor and optimise the performance of the CPQ system to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, IT, and finance to ensure alignment and integration of CPQ processes with overall business objectives.- Stay updated on the latest Oracle CPQ Cloud features and best practices, and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in implementing and customising Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions.- Strong understanding of sales processes, product configurations, pricing strategies, and quote generation.- Experience with integrating CPQ systems with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.- Oracle CPQ Cloud certification is a plus.
