Description:

Responsibilities: Location : Onsite UAE for 6 months - 1 year- Lead and manage Dynatrace implementation projects for various clients across different sectors.- Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments, understanding their specific requirements, and proposing suitable Dynatrace solutions.- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Dynatrace monitoring systems tailored to client needs.- Act as a subject matter expert, providing consultancy and recommendations on best practices for monitoring and observability.- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for clients and internal teams.- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, and business leaders, to ensure effective utilization of Dynatrace capabilities.- Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions using Dynatrace insights.- Create and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and documentation for clients, showcasing performance metrics, trends, and recommendations.Requirements:- Experience as a Dynatrace Consultant or in a similar role.- Expertise in deploying and configuring Dynatrace in complex environments across various sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple client engagements concurrently.- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.- Dynatrace certifications (preferred).- Familiarity with other monitoring tools and technologies would be an advantage. - Experience Required: Experience in Dynatrace implementation.- Key Skills: Dynatrace implementation, project management, analysis, consultancy, and client management.- Certifications: Dynatrace certifications (preferred) (ref:hirist.tech)
