Job Description :Role : Oracle HCM Consultant (Functional)Location : WFH/Remote (initially remote but the consultant should be ready to travel to Dubai and Kuwait)Experience : 6+ years Duration : 3 MonthsModules : OTL, Absence & Fast Formula, US Payroll, Talent, Learn and Comp, Benefits, Absence & ORC, UK PayrollKey Roles and Responsibilities : - Must understand the Global HR module along with at least one other module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labour or Recruitment).- Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module, Preferred to have knowledge & experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud.- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.- Must have experience in migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment.Requirements : - Preferred to have Oracle Cloud certified in at least 1 HCM module (preferably Payroll, Absence, Talent, Helpdesk, Time and Labor or Recruitment)- Must have worked on at least two implementation projects- Must be able to manage customer facing role- Must be comfortable to travel as per business needs- Must be flexible to work in different time-zone as per client meeting schedules (ref:hirist.tech)
