Job Description :- Understanding client business process operations and business objectives and analysing workflow to design solutions (As-Is and To-Be Analysis).- Analysing the delivery requirement for further proceedings as well as delivering as per scheduled milestones; managing Offshore / Onshore Delivery Management for technical deliverables of various projects.- Spearheading the entire IT Infrastructure, Managing Servers, and network and end-user systems to ensure maximum availability. - Undertaking responsibilities of eliminating unnecessary processes; ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client and the organization's end; monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas, and implementing adequate measures to maximize CSAT/NPS.- Mentoring team members & deploying them based on their skill levels, monitoring their performance, and supporting their development.- Responsible for all facets of the organisations technology infrastructure, including Architecture, Networks, Storage, Capacity planning, administration, operational management, and troubleshooting to ensure the efficient, stable, reliable and secure operations of the organisations technology- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for integrating and managing the company's information technology services (Inhouse & for Clients), those supporting new enterprise-wide initiatives- Proactively introduce new solutions to support, upgrade & optimize technology solution (Software & Hardware) for current business problems and keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and their impact on the enterprise architecture.- Ensure a stable computing environment that provides stability, reliability and appropriate redundancy.- Lead the architecture, design, and integration of computing systems and Infrastructure components(Including Networks).
