Job Description : We are seeking a talented Windows Server Administrator to join our dynamic team.- In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows server infrastructure.- Your expertise will be critical in managing virtualized environments, ensuring effective patch management, monitoring system performance, and resolving networking-related issues.Key Responsibilities : - Windows Server Management : Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows server environments to meet organizational requirements.- Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of Windows servers.- Virtualization Technologies : Manage virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Server Management.- Provision virtual machines, allocate resources, and optimize performance to align with business needs.- Patch Management : Implement effective patch management strategies to keep Windows servers up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.- Schedule and deploy patches promptly to minimize vulnerabilities.- Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) : Utilize RMM tools, such as Ninja RMM, to monitor server health, performance, and security.- Proactively respond to alerts and notifications to prevent system downtime and enhance server reliability.- Backup and Recovery : Implement backup solutions using Veeam to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to mitigate the impact of system failures or data loss.- Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Utilize PRTG Monitoring to monitor network infrastructure and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.- Troubleshoot networking-related problems, including connectivity issues, DNS resolution, and firewall configurations.- Incident Management : Utilize ServiceNow for incident tracking and resolution.- Respond promptly and effectively to service requests and incidents related to Windows server administration.Skills & Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.- Proven experience in Windows server administration, including Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.- Strong proficiency in VMware, Hyper-V, and Azure Virtual Server Management.- Experience with Veeam for backup and recovery solutions.- Knowledge of patch management best practices and experience with patch deployment tools.- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, such as Ninja RMM.- Experience with network monitoring tools, such as PRTG Monitoring.- Ability to troubleshoot networking-related issues and perform basic network configurations.- Familiarity with incident management systems, such as ServiceNow.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
