About the Role :Duration : 6 months ContractLocation : Bangalore - hybridTimings : Full Time (As per company timings)Notice Period : (Immediate Joiner - Required) Job Title : Integration Developer/SpecialistSummary :Integration SME is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations b/W ITSM Platform and any other 3rd party tool (Any CRM Platform, Ticketing tool, Any platform which supports API or Middleware based integration. ITSM platform could be FW, SN, Remedy or any other tool which supports Web services API (Rest, SOAP). Key Responsibilities : Strong analytical skills, ability to solve problems, excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to do well in a high-pressure environmentResolve and manage requests from API customers regarding programming interfaces, including inbound/outbound API's call using required tool and technologies during customer development and maintenance phaseCreate and maintain technical design documents and requirements including workflow design of company's API'sParticipate in design and planning meetings with company's API customer Programmers and Systems ArchitectWorking knowledge of SOAP UI tool, POSTman Tool for analyzing and resolving support issuesAdvance skills in XML, XSD, SOAP, Restful API design and architecture, Java, JavaScript, and WebservicesCustomer onboarding by providing required authorization and access to API's using company proprietary toolsDesign, develop and maintain API integration solutionsResolve and manage requests from API customers regarding programming interfaces, including inbound/outbound API's call using required tool and technologies during customer development and maintenance phaseUnderstanding of SQL, GraphQL, XML, JSON and JSON path is preferred.Software Debugging SkillsAnalyze, design, develop, as well as implement RESTful services and APIsImplement, integrate and document a variety of software platforms through the REST API frameworkModify existing programs, prepare test data and functional specifications.Implement common APIs based on architecture guidelines and frameworks.Understanding of different authentication mechanism like Basic, OAAuth, Token (ref:hirist.tech)
