Description:
Job Description : We are seeking a skilled SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and a strong understanding of SAP VIM module functionalities.Responsibilities :Implement and configure SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions to meet client requirements.Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design and customize VIM workflows, including invoice processing, approval routing, and exception handling.Configure OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and automation tools to streamline invoice capture and processing.Integrate VIM with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM) and third-party systems as needed.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users during implementation and post-go-live phases.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of VIM solutions.Document configuration settings, customizations, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.Stay updated on SAP VIM product updates, patches, and new features.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing SAP VIM solutions.Experience with 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.Strong understanding of SAP VIM module functionalities, including invoice processing, workflow management, and integration with SAP ERP systems.Proficiency in SAP configuration, ABAP programming, and debugging techniques.Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 for VIM user interface enhancements is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.Preferred Skills :Certification in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).Experience with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) or similar automation tools.Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development for VIM user interface enhancements.Understanding of SAP Finance (FI) and Material Management (MM) modules and their integration with VIM.
