Job Summary :We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Filenet Developer to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our document management systems using IBM Filenet and related technologies. You will leverage your expertise in customization, integration, and modern programming languages to create efficient and scalable solutions.Responsibilities :- Customize and administer IBM Content Navigator and IBM Case Manager to meet specific business needs.- Develop custom solutions using modern programming languages like Java and J2EE frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC).- Utilize the Core Spring Framework, demonstrating experience with Spring MVC principles.- Manage document versions, workflows, and user access within Filenet.- Perform basic administration tasks on Linux/AIX platforms.- Write and execute SQL queries to interact with databases effectively (Oracle DBA administration a plus).- Integrate APIs into web applications to streamline data exchange.- Participate in code version control using tools like Git or Subversion.- Troubleshoot complex issues within production systems and environments.- Collaborate with the development team and other stakeholders using effective communication skills.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Filenet development and Agile methodologies (CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, Security).Qualifications :- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IBM Filenet Content Manager development, customization, and administration.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Required Skills :- Expertise in IBM Filenet, IBM Content Navigator, and IBM Case Manager.- Proficiency in Java, J2EE frameworks (e. g. , Spring MVC), and core Spring Framework concepts.- Working knowledge of Linux/AIX platforms and basic command-line skills.- Experience with SQL and database management (Oracle DBA administration a plus).- Experience integrating APIs into web applications.- Proficiency in Git or Subversion for code version control.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, Security).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
