Description:
Responsibilities :- Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java-based solutions to address business requirements.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, technical requirements, and constraints.Lead the technical design and development of enterprise-level Java applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting excellence in software design and engineering.- Conduct code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of the codebase.- Define and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and development methodologies.- Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve our development processes and capabilities.- Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions on time and within budget.- Lead technical discussions and present architectural proposals to clients, demonstrating the value and feasibility of the proposed solutions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and drive project success.Requirements :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 9-13 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in an architect role.- Strong proficiency in Java, JEE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).- Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in an Agile environment.- Certification in Java or related technologies (e.g., Oracle Certified Master, Spring Professional) is a plus.
