Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Python Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining the robust backend systems that power our applications. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure exceptional user experiences.Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems that seamlessly support our business goals.- Develop data models, schemas, and technical specifications to solidify the application's functionalities.- Actively participate in architectural decisions for the backend infrastructure.- Build and maintain robust APIs, treating them as first-class citizens in our development process.- Foster a collaborative environment by conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring adherence to best practices.- Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency.- Maintain clear and up-to-date technical and API documentation for public consumption.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including frontend engineers, product managers, and designers.- Investigate and resolve backend issues to guarantee the stability, security, and reliability of our systems.- Contribute to product implementations and support by working closely with implementation and customer success teams.Ideal Candidate :- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (e.g., Software Engineering).- Proven proficiency in Python for backend development.- Solid experience with Git for version control.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.- A strong understanding of software development best practices.- Experience with Django (a plus).- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of the curve with the latest Python advancements.- (ref:hirist.tech)
