We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Flutter Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in building the future of our mobile applications. As a product-focused company, we are committed to creating best-in-class experiences for our users, and your expertise in Flutter will be instrumental in achieving this goal.Responsibilities :- Design and develop user-centric, highly usable, and composable user interfaces (UIs) leveraging Flutter, HTML5, CSS, and Javascript.- Collaborate closely with the UX team to gain a deep understanding of end-user requirements and translate them into innovative and user-friendly solutions.- Craft well-abstracted, reusable, and high-performance code for UI components, ensuring maintainability and scalability.- Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with new and emerging technologies and tools to continuously enhance the user experience.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative development environment.Ideal Candidate :Mandatory :- 10+ years of experience in software development (3+ years specifically in Flutter development).- Proven understanding and strong experience with Data Structures and Algorithms.- Prior experience working within a product company environment.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferably from a top-tier institution).Preferred :- Experience with building and shipping innovative, visually stunning, and performant mobile applications.- A passion for building high-quality Android and/or iOS applications.- Experience or a strong interest in building Flutter applications.- Familiarity with other relevant platforms, frameworks, and languages (e.g. Dart, iOS development, web development).Essential Skills :- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- A strong problem-solving mentality and a knack for creative solutions.- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Flutter development.
