Job Description :We're seeking a highly motivated Lead Visual Designer with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visuals for presentations, reports, business decks, and other communication materials.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with client contacts to understand their needs, interpret briefs, make design decisions, and manage resources to ensure project success.- Develop innovative design concepts that effectively visualize data and information while maintaining a clear and engaging message.- Apply design principles, color theory, and typography with precision across all deliverables.- Provide sign-off on final assets for critical projects.- Champion best practices and innovative design methods.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, emerging technologies, and rich media techniques.- Work independently and proactively, managing your responsibilities without requiring constant senior support.- Additionally, serve as a mentor and guide to junior team members.- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications :Mandatory :- 8+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Communication Design.- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills in presentation decks, reports, business documents, and similar deliverables.Preferred :- Experience in Motion Graphics and Illustration.- Proven experience working within a design studio, agency, or publishing house.Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity to work on a variety of creative and challenging projects.- Collaborative and supportive work environment.- Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
