Job Description :What we want YourDOST is looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager who is passionate about building something meaningful and make a real impact on the lives of many. Preference : Software background (Gaming is better) Preference : Relevant PM experience (1-3 years) Preference : - Open to flying solo (we do not have a PM team) What you will do At least 1 year of relevant product management experience, especially in digital products and applications.- Exposure to preventative health products (physical/ mental) would be preferable.- Should have worked in fast-growing startups Knowledgeable in technology (if possible, a past coding experience to guide tech with respect).- Hands-on knowledge of various tools around agile collaboration, wire framing, and analytics.- Experience writing PRDs and doing UAT will be a major plus.- Who can apply 0-1 mindset to look at the UX and put that to action in an agile way An IIT/IIM or a highly reputed institution graduate Managing the entire product roadmap from strategic planning to tactical activities.- We are lean, so this role will oversee a LOT of things, large and small! Work closely with the technology and design teams to enable efficient and good releases, and service the other functions of the organization with their product/dev needs.- Do competition and market analysis through regular research and customer feedback/interviews, and direct the product roadmap accordingly.- Use data to understand the product performance and to influence further product planning.
