Roles & Responsibilities :- Lead the design and implementation of complex cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Possess deep technical expertise in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, and potentially .NET to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.- Manage a team of 5-6 Cloud Architects, delegating tasks, providing mentorship, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, track performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.- Identify and implement best practices in cloud security, architecture patterns, and automation.- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and trends through continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Development, Operations, and Security.- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of cloud architects.- Strong In Cloud Technologies,AWS,Azure,.Net.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong relationships with team members.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- A passion for cloud technologies and a desire to stay current on the latest trends.- Experience with .NET development is a plus.
