Job Description : Fieldglass Quality AnalystPosition Overview : Fieldglass QA Professional will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Fieldglass application, which is a leading vendor management system used by businesses to manage their contingent workforce. Primary responsibility will be to perform rigorous testing and validation to ensure that the software meets the highest standards of functionality, usability, and performance.Key Responsibilities :1. Test Planning and Strategy :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and gather testing specifications.- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for various components of the Fieldglass application.- Identify test scenarios, data sets, and environments required for thorough testing.2. Test Execution :- Execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, compatibility, and performance of the application.- Create, maintain, and execute test scripts using appropriate testing tools and frameworks.- Identify defects, document issues, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.3. Regression Testing :- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features, enhancements, and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.- Develop and maintain regression test suites to ensure consistent software quality across releases.4. Documentation :- Create detailed and well-structured test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.- Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.5. Continuous Improvement :- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends to ensure continuous improvement.6. Collaboration :- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals.- Participate in design and requirement discussions to provide QA insights and identify potential challenges early in the development cycle.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a QA professional with a focus on testing enterprise software applications.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.- Familiarity with vendor management systems or similar business applications is a plus.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.Potential candidates will be screened based on following skills :1. Testing Expertise : A strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques, is crucial.
